The process is that the edible liquid alcohol enters the recovery column after the feed pump and the preheater. After the recovery column evaporates, it enters the superheater, is heated to the appropriate temperature and pressure, and enters the bottom of the adsorption column. The molecular sieve in the adsorption state is dehydrated, and the dehydrated anhydrous alcohol gas is discharged from the top of the adsorption column, and then condensed and cooled to obtain a finished product. The finished ethanol concentration can reach 99.9%.
This equipment is suitable for the production of general-grade alcohol and fuel ethanol. This set of equipment is mainly composed of rectification column II,mash column II, rectification column I, and mash column I. The mash column II and rectification column I can be combined into a combined column. And only one column enters the steam and four columns work. The differential pressure and temperature difference between the column and the column are used for heat exchange through the reboiler to achieve the purpose of energy saving. At present, this process has been promoted in many general-grade alcohol and fuel ethanol.
This process is mainly used to produce molasses alcohol，which consists of three columns, one is mash column: it intends to separate alcohol and vinasses and discharge carbon dioxide impurities at ester aldehyde head level. One is aldehyde column: it intends to exclude impurities at ester aldehyde head level. The third one is the rectification column: it not only increases the concentration of the alcohol, but also excludes impurities such as fusel oil to purified alcohol further, to comply to alcohol standard; moreover, it also provides heat for the other two columns.
Five-column differential pressure distillation section is mainly used for the production of premium alcohol. Including mash distillation column, dilution column, rectification column, methanol removal column, impurity column. The heating process is that the rectification column heats dilution column, the de-methanol column and the impurity column, the dilution column and the de-methanol column heat the mash distillation column, which can reduce the steam consumption.
According to the customers output and quality requirements, the use of 2--8 towers to produce general-grade alcohol, premium grade alcohol and premium grade alcohol, can also produce fuel alcohol, and provide corresponding carbon dioxide recovery, sewage treatment and other supporting projects.
